Offering a commanding acoustic footprint with sophisticated tonal control, the Zildjian 22" K Custom Dark Ride expands the boundaries of traditional K Series sound. Engineered for drummers who require both precise stick articulation and rich, spreading undertones, this ride balances vintage warmth with modern dynamic projection.

Designed for optimal stick articulation paired with controllable wash:
-Specialized Over-Hammering: Heavy, strategic hammering across the surface breaks up higher frequencies, producing a dark, dry pitch with an organic, woody stick response.
-Medium-Thin Weight Gauge: Gives the cymbal enough body to support defined, articulate ping work without overpowering the mix, while allowing the edge to flex for explosive, trashy crash accents.
-Expanded 22-Inch Diameter: Provides deep, resonant low-end body, extended sustain, and a clear, cutting bell sound for accents and rhythmic patterns.
