Add an unmistakable burst of personality and deep acoustic power to your percussion rig with the Pearl Primero "Acme Explosives" Crate Style Cajon. Showcasing a fun, cartoon-inspired graphic finish that mimics a rugged wood shipping crate, this specialized box drum brings an unforgettable visual pop to acoustic coffeehouse sets, street performances, and studio live rooms. Far from just a novelty item, the Primero Acme is engineered with professional acoustic materials and hardware to back up its explosive look with a thunderous, room-filling sound.

The foundational sound chamber is built into a rugged, crate-style body design engineered to stand up to heavy touring and volatile temperature changes without losing its structural clarity. Paired seamlessly to this solid frame is a premium Meranti wood faceplate. Renowned throughout the world of percussion design for its high natural hardness and dense, straight grain, Meranti offers a highly sensitive playing surface. Every intricate detail of your finger work, from gentle ghost notes to high-energy accent slaps, is translated cleanly into dynamic musical expression.
